Faysal did his MA on cinema at Tehran Art University He did 4 short films in Iran, and 4 in New York. He has been selected for Talent Campus of Sarajevo F.F in 2009. He finished his first feature film ‘Crossroads’ in 2013 (Shot in Bosnia and Turkey).
He did documentary series for Al Jazire TV and TRT TV. He finished his second feature Silenced Tree in 2020 as a first Co-Production of Turkey-Iran. He has poetry and cinema books has been published

Synopsis
A short while after his dominant wife abandons the wimpy and meek Hayati, who is a literary teacher in a patriarchal town, the police find an unrecognized female corpse by the lake. Hayati wants to state that the body belongs to his wife and to take the blame for the murder that someone else committed.
