Ceylan is an Istanbul-based ﬁlmmaker who studied law at Marmara University. Between 2003-2015, she produced culture-art shows for TV and radio. Her debut feature Inflame had its world premiere at the Berlinale’s Panorama Special and won the Gamechanger Award at SXSW in 2017. She was an artist-in-residence at Medienboard and an SFFILM grantee with her new project.

Armağan graduated from Film Studies at Yeditepe University. Armağan founded Filmada in 2013 to support innovative young filmmakers. Since then she has produced several award winning shorts and features which have screened in Berlinale, SXSW, Ann Arbor and DokuFest among many other international festivals. She is a member of DAE.
