He took on the Kurdish production of Harold Pinter’s stage play Mountain Language. In 2015, he shot the short film Homo Politicus about the historical dialogue between German Pastor Lepsius and Enver Pasha and he was invited to the Council of Europe. He participated to platforms including Sundance Lab, Meetings on the Bridge, Crossroads, Sofia Meetings with his feature film projects, Going Blind and The Interrogation.

Sedat Yılmaz Sedat Yılmaz was born in 1972. in 1996 he commenced studying Cinema TV at the Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts. Between 2000-2003 he conducted workshops with young movie makers, resulting in short films. He gave lectures on editing. In 2003, he founded his own production company with a partner, Karıncalar Production. In his own company, he shot many advertisement films, educational films, commercial documentaries and videos for. He wrote, directed and produced his first feature film "Press" in 2010.

Synopsis

Sinan is a visually-impaired poet who is at peace with his blindness. His wife Nilgün, wants to bestow Sinan the gift of the visual World and convinces him for an operation. Following the operation, Sinan begins to see vaguely. But after a while, he experiences disruptions in adapting. Nilgün is convinced that the chaos originates from habits formed during Sinan’s days of blindness, and thus increases the pressure on him to adapt to the world of the seeing. The tension leads to a tragic face off where they question each other’s personalities.
