Erkan Tahhuşoğlu Erkan Tahhuşoğlu received his undergraduate education in the Graphic Design Department of GSF at Eskişehir Anadolu University. He studied at the Kunsthochschule Communication Design Department of Braunschweig University in 1998. He founded the production company Şiyara in 2013. His first feature film, Verge, which he shot in 2016, had its world premiere at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. His second feature film, Corridor, received the Best Actress, Best Cinematography and Best Art Director awards at the Adana Golden Boll Film Fest

Iris Tahhuşoğlu After her study in high school Notre Dame de Sion, she was graduated from management section of faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Galatasaray University. In 2019 she graduated from the photography and cameraman section of Fine Arts at Eskisehir University. She founded Şiyara Film Production in 2013 with Erkan Tahhuşoğlu. She produced many short films and documentaries, and feature films. She still continues her photography and video works.

Synopsis

Sevim, who lives with her daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter in a poor neighborhood of Istanbul, has been working as a daily maid in the house of a rich woman named Ayten for many years. One day, Ayten's Kosovar caretaker Lena has an accident at home and this incident triggers legal issues between the parties. Sevim, who is forced to convince Lena under the pressure of Ayten and her son, will be stuck between class, moral and conscientious contradictions.
