Sinan Güldal Born on 1979 Istanbul, writer, filmmaker and translator Sinan Güldal started, at an early age, to work on film productions with Yeni Sinemacilik film collective, an experience that will change his life once and for all. After shooting the making of documentary of the collective's film Takva, he started working with video camera and computer graphics. He created first regular live cinema acts in Turkey with Peyote Music Club, where he created thousands of hours of live cinema. Also in Peyote, he documented Istanbul's music scene on video.

Synopsis

People of Rumelihisari, between two bridges of Bosphorus, swims by and sunbaths on concrete. That concrete was once home to beautiful coastal houses, fisherman's ports and nests of Mediterrenean Seals. And then, there is Poyrazköy Village -which this film is all about- under the construction of third bridge over Bosphorus, will definetely live the same faith. Sous les pavés la plage, indeed.
