Sinan Güldal Sinan Güldal is a writer, filmmaker and a translator. Born in 1979 Istanbul, Güldal started writing around 1994 and had his first publication on a magazine at the same period. With the making of documentary of the film Takva: A Man's Fear of God, he started working with video. In this period, he worked as a cameraman in the making of documentary of three other films, created an extensive documentation of Istanbul music scene and created live cinema acts either by live editing or live programming.

Synopsis

People of Rumelihisari, between two bridges of Bosphorus, swims by and sunbaths on concrete. That concrete was once home to beautiful coastal houses, fisherman's ports and nests of Mediterrenean Seals. And then, there is Poyrazköy Village -which this film is all about- under the construction of third bridge over Bosphorus, will definetely live the same faith. Sous les pavés la plage, indeed.
